Employee Performance Analysis of Bogor Raya Golf Club Using PLS-SEM

This research aims to identify the variables affecting the performance of employees at Bogor Raya Club using PLS-SEM as the analysis technique. The data source used is primary data. The variables include Employee Performance as the dependent variable, Work Environment and Work Discipline as independent variables, and Motivation as an intervening variable. The research results indicate that only the Work Discipline variable affects Employee Performance
