PENGARUH SAFETY LEADERSHIP TERHADAP SAFETY BEHAVIOR DENGAN SAFETY CLIMATE SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI DAN PERCEIVED RISK

Industri Kontruksi sangat penting untuk Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN) terutama dalam situasi pasca pandemi COVID-19. Namun, Industri konstruksi merupakan salah satu industri berisiko tinggi di dunia. Industri konstruksi dicirikan oleh bahaya pekerjaan yang menimbulkan risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan bagi pekerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa industri konstruksi berperan penting dalam memaksimalkan safety behavior untuk meningkatkan keselamatan kerja pekerja kontruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh safety leadership terhadap safety behavior dengan safety climate sebagai mediasi dan perceived risk sebagai moderasi. Tujuan selanjutnya diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan pandangan baru bagi seluruh perusahaan yang bergerak pada industri konstruksi mengenai faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat ditingkatkan atau dipertahankan untuk meningkat keselamatan kerja pekerja konstruksi yang bekerja digaris depan.
